These terms govern your use of the Linc & Veve website and services, including Conversations counseling sessions, Dating Club membership, Get Started applications, and Media bookings. By submitting a form, booking a session, or paying for a service on this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Linc & Veve is a faith-based matchmaking, counseling, and dating club service operating out of Kyambogo, Kampala, Uganda. Nothing in these terms creates a legal, financial, or medical-professional relationship beyond the specific service you’ve booked or applied for.

2. Counseling sessions

Counseling Sessions are one hour, held in Kampala or by arrangement, priced at UGX 100,000 unless otherwise agreed. Three payment paths are available: online payment at booking, a payment link sent after your booking is provisionally held, or payment on arrival where agreed in advance. An unpaid booking is held for 24 hours before the slot is automatically released. Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in the separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Sessions with Linc & Veve are relationship coaching and mentorship grounded in our own experience and Christian values — they are not a substitute for licensed psychological, psychiatric, or medical treatment. If you are in crisis or need clinical mental health support, please seek a licensed professional.

3. Dating Club applications

Submitting a Dating Club application does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application personally against criteria we don’t publish in full, in order to keep the vetting process meaningful for everyone in the Club. Applications may be Approved, Rejected, or Waitlisted at our discretion; we will never disclose another applicant’s status to you or yours to them.

Membership is confirmed on payment of the membership fee following approval. An approved-but-unpaid application is held for 30 days, with a reminder sent after 7 days, after which the offer may expire. Membership does not guarantee an introduction within any specific timeframe — we introduce members when we believe there is a genuine, considered match, not on a schedule.

4. Media bookings

Enquiries submitted through the Media page are requests for a quote and availability check, not confirmed bookings. A booking is only confirmed once we’ve agreed date, scope, and fee with you directly, typically by email or phone following your enquiry.

5. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, honest information in any application or form. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate an application or membership if we reasonably believe information provided to us is false or materially misleading — this matters more here than on most services, since our vetting process depends on it.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Pesapal, supporting cards and mobile money (MTN/Airtel). We do not store your card or mobile money credentials. All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photography, music, and branding — belongs to Linc & Veve or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

We do our best to give thoughtful, honest guidance, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome from a counseling session, Dating Club membership, or introduction. To the extent permitted by Ugandan law, Linc & Veve is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
