Counseling
Do we both have to come?
No. Plenty of people start alone, and their partner joins later — or never does, and the work still helps. If you are coming as a couple, we do ask that both of you choose to be there.
Is this therapy?
No. We are not clinical therapists and we will say so plainly if what you are carrying needs one — we keep a short list of people we trust in Kampala and we will refer you.
What does it cost?
UGX 100,000 for a one-hour session, whether in person in Kyambogo or online. Pre-marital packages of four sessions are booked the same way.
How do I pay?
Card or mobile money at checkout, a payment link we send by hand, or on arrival if you prefer. Unpaid bookings hold your slot for 24 hours before it is released.
What if I need to move it?
Reschedule or cancel free up to 48 hours before your session. Inside 48 hours the fee is forfeited, because the hour was held for you.
Who else knows I came?
Nobody. We do not discuss clients, we do not use sessions as examples, and your booking is visible only to the two of us.
Dating Club
What does membership cost?
Fees are shared privately with applicants who are accepted, because they depend on the level of search involved. Nothing is charged before you are accepted and nothing is charged if we decline.
How long does vetting take?
Usually five working days from a complete application. If we need to speak to your references it can take a little longer, and we will keep you posted either way.
What if you decline me?
You will hear from us, courteously and by name, and your details are deleted on request. A decline is usually about fit or timing rather than anything about you being wrong.
Will anyone see my profile?
No. Nothing is published anywhere. A prospective introduction is told about you in conversation, only after you have agreed to it.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Tell us and we stop introductions until you say otherwise. Time paused is added to the end of your term.
Process
How does the whole thing work?
You apply, we read it, we meet you for an hour, and then we start looking. Introductions are made one at a time, and you hear about the person before you meet them.
How long before I am introduced to someone?
Anywhere from a few weeks to most of a year. It depends entirely on who is in the network and what you have asked for. We will not manufacture an introduction to look busy.
Can I say no?
Always, to anything, without explaining yourself. Saying no early is far kinder than going along with something out of politeness.
Investment
What does it cost to become a client?
Client fees depend on the level of search and are discussed privately at the intake conversation. Nothing is charged before you and we have both agreed to work together.
Is joining as a candidate really free?
Yes. Candidates pay nothing at any stage. Clients pay for the search; candidates are simply people we would be glad to introduce.
How do I pay?
Card or mobile money through our secure checkout, a payment link sent by hand, or in person. Receipts are issued for everything.
Privacy
Who can see my information?
Only the two of us. Applications are stored privately, photos are kept out of public folders, and nothing is ever published or sold.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes, at any time, by writing to us. We delete it and confirm in writing, in line with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act.
Will anyone know I applied?
Not from us. We do not confirm or deny membership to anyone, including mutual friends and family.
