Happy couples.
Shared with permission, and only ever with permission. Some couples let us use their names; others prefer initials, and we respect that completely.
“We are two years in and still using the language they gave us.”
Met at a members’ dinner rather than through a formal introduction.
“Nobody knew until we told them. That mattered more than I expected.”
Both well-known professionally, introduced entirely privately.
“The counselling came first. The marriage came because of it.”
Pre-marital sessions, then a wedding at which Veve sang.
“We met in their sitting room, over tea, and I knew before dessert.”
Introduced after eight months on the list. Married eighteen months later in Kampala.
“We share our lives so that others can find theirs.”
They met through a Conversations session and married a year later.
About these stories.
About these stories
Are these real couples?
The stories on this page are placeholders until we have written permission from each couple. We will never publish a photo, a name or a detail without it.
Do I have to be photographed?
No. Most of our couples never appear anywhere. Sharing a story is entirely optional and can be anonymous, initials only, or withdrawn later.
How long does it usually take?
It varies enormously. Some people are introduced within weeks, others wait most of a year for the right person to join the network. We would rather you waited.
